4:00-5:00: 1810s & 1820s Regency Waltz. Learn the basic steps
and the beautiful "attitudes" of the arms for the earliest recorded
waltz styles popular in England and Scotland during the first few decades
of the nineteenth century. Flat, leather-soled shoes recommended -- this
waltz is not meant to be done in heels. Beginner-accessible.
5:00-6:00: Cross-Step Waltz Mixmaster. Mix it up with other
couples with variations for the cross-step waltz mixer. Learn basic
cross-step waltz plus variations to use when trading partners in the
mixer or on the dance floor. Beginner-accessible.
